Question for Janelle Schrock – since moving to the Ozarks we really miss the crisp and chewy hard rolls, sometimes called semmels, we could buy back in Wisconsin. Might they be available through you???
Hi Connie — I have never tried baking Semmeln, which I know of as Broetchen. I know that they are challenging, but perhaps over the holidays, I can try to give them a whirl.
